*This is a 3 week series! We’ll meet November 8th, 15th & 22nd!
This class is contemporary style mat work that embodies the principles of Joseph Pilates. We’ll use breath to initiate slow, controlled and mindful movements that will allow you to execute each exercise with precision, intention, efficiency, and maximum challenge. Accessible for beginners and always a challenge for frequent Pilates practitioners.
We will have our first class on Wednesday November 8th, at 5:15pm, and will run the 45 minute classes for 3 weeks as an introduction to pilates.
