Community Breathwork
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that facilitates an emotional release. During this 60 minute session we’ll use a carefully curated playlist designed to evoke an emotional response in your body. You will be guided through 18-23 minutes of an active two part rhythmic breathwork pattern. This active breath will initiate a physical response in your body that can release old, trapped trauma. We’ll then move into 15 - 25 minutes of rest. The rest is just as important as the work. This is where we can feel major releases as we integrate what we’ve just uncovered. $40 + hst
